§ 42-150. Required records.

Each licensee under this article shall keep at his principal place of business named in the license issued pursuant to this article a record of the purchase and sale of all motor vehicles sold or offered for sale, together with such other records as are required under the laws of the state. All such records shall be open for inspection to the city council or its duly designated, authorized and appointed agent during the usual business hours of each licensee, without the formality of legal process.
